Winter Market Day Success

Mrs.Taj’s Winter Market was a huge success, and as a student of hers, I am proud to announce that we have raised over $2,200 to help support the Aga Khan Foundation. We truly appreciate everyone who participated in our fundraiser because we could not have done it without your support. 

AKF supports underprivileged people who struggle with financial difficulties, food and water shortages, and technical resources. With a primary focus on women and girls, AKF has provided education and healthcare to even the poorest, marginalized communities and improves the quality of life for the adults and children living there. With the help of you all, the money that we raised can save lives.

I personally enjoyed seeing children of all ages come with smiling faces to our Market. I saw way too many cute wallets and purses, the contents of which were spent on Baked Goods, Artwork, Jewelry, Books, Toys, Flowers, Smoothies, and Mystery Items (Pokemon Cards and  Mystery Boxes). Many of which were handmade by the students of Mrs.Taj’s class.
