We completely sold out at our last Gala, so submitting your underwriting support early is a great choice!

What is Underwriting? Guests purchase Gala tables or seats (or split a table purchase with friends) early on at various levels that are higher than the ticket price. This added support allows guests to select who to sit with and receive other benefits all while contributing support to the school. Underwriting is a major source of Gala fundraising.

* Invitation to attend the Underwriter Event in February 2024 is for contributors of $1,500+.
** Auction sociables are post-Gala events such as dinners, parties, children’s socials, and teacher outings, with limited tickets available and which typically sell out quickly.

Ad Sizes and Formats
  • Full-page ad sizes: 
    • With bleeds: 7.25” x 7.75” (includes .125” bleed on each side)
    • Without bleeds: maximum 6.25” x 7” or minimum 5.625” x 6.5”
  • If choosing a full-page ad with bleeds, please note that the program has spiral binding in the center measuring .25”.
  • Ads should be submitted print-ready either in PDF format or a high-resolution image (JPEG, TIFF) at 300 dpi.
