Community Events

Dear Parents, the 21–22 school year will be full of ways to stay connected! We’re bringing back our beloved traditions and also incorporating some new favorites.

Events bring our families together. We hope to see one and all online, on campus, or on the (gala) dancefloor. If you have any questions, please reach out to our development director, Christina Kopanidis-Cantu. Also, volunteers are needed, so please take a moment to sign up online if you haven't already. Thank you!

The Biennial Gala

March 5, 2022

It’s a party so grand it can only happen every other year! Mark your calendar and be on the lookout for the big reveal! What’s this year’s theme? Where will it be located? Which committee do I want to work on? What should I wear? Where are the pre-parties? Heck, where are the post-parties! It’s nothing but a good time while raising funds for the school. Trust us… you won’t want to miss it!

Community Coffee with the Head of School

Friday, August 27 at 8:45–10 a.m.

New and returning Post Oak parents are invited to gather in the Bissonnet Campus gym for refreshments and coffee. This event is a great opportunity to meet Post Oak administration, room parents, and key volunteers—make new friends, and catch up with longtime ones.

Parents Association Welcome Dinner

Post Oak’s Parents Association (POPA) invites you to dinner! This parents-only event is a great way to kick off the year and get to know fellow Post Oakers. Invitations will be sent in mid-August.
