“Everyone is kind and warm.” “My child is happy to come to school.” “My child is never bored.” This is what parents have said about The Post Oak School. Does this sound like the kind of school where you would like to work? We are a diverse and welcoming Montessori community looking to grow.

The Post Oak School offers a progressive and supportive community, not just for students, but also for faculty. Our school is centrally located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S. Opportunities for growth and exploration abound both inside the classroom and throughout the town.

We enroll over 500 children from 14 months through high school and are committed to maintaining beautiful, fully equipped classrooms on two campuses. Each building was thoughtfully designed and renovated to support our mission and vision. Salaries range from $35,000 to $65,000, with generous benefits that include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, funding for professional development, and a sabbatical fund.

I chose Post Oak because I wanted to learn more about the method from one of the best Montessori schools in the country. I enjoyed reading the reviews from parents and employees.... One of the best parts of teaching is looking at children when they have instant insights about a lesson or when something I said sparks their curiosity. But my favorite part of being in a Montessori classroom is to see the children’s progress in a three-year cycle. Andrea Restrepo, Lower Elementary Teacher
